Abstract
  • This study sought to establish a classroom where students will be better prepared for presentations in future courses and in ministry. By implementing surveys inventories, and focus groups the author discovered ways to teach students effectively at the beginning of the twenty-first century. While looking at learning theory, attention was given to characteristics of the adult learner that are different from the child learner, how students differ from each other and the professor, and methods most effective in the adult contemporary classroom.
