Abstract
  • This project develops an intercessory prayer room in which trained intercessors could pray, trains the initial group of intercessors for an intercessory prayer ministry, presents a training manual for future intercessors, and examines the impact of an intercessory prayer ministry on a local congregation. Pre-testing and six-month post-testing measured the influence of the project. The project includes etymological study, theological foundations, physical development of a prayer room, training sessions, a manual for intercessors, and survey results.
