Abstract
  • This project proposes solutions to 46 potential hindrances to evangelism and church planting in southeastern France, based on biblical study, research in evangelical church-planting literature, and surveys of missionaries and church planters in France. 'Anti-God' attitudes, false concepts taught in schools, personal ineptitude of missionaries, Satanic interference, and inadequate supervision by sending agencies may hinder evangelism and make church planting a lengthy and discouraging process. The outreach activity of the apostle Paul in Athens is a model for missionaries in this region.
