- This project develops and implements a training curriculum for personal evangelism at Kenwood Baptist Church, in Louisville, Kentucky. Chapter 1 introduces the project, lists specific goals, and defines the ministry context of the current church setting. Chapter 2 establishes a theological foundation for personal evangelism. Primarily, the texts containing the Great Commission are used to establish this foundation. Chapter 3 informs the project by providing a premise for understanding how adults learn. The chapter examines current trends in educational theory, particularly the theory referred to as transformational learning. Chapter 4 offers a summary of the sixteen weeks during the project, with a description of how the curriculum was implemented.
