This project proposes to revitalize Trinity Baptist Church in Maumelle, Arkansas, using evangelism as the catalyst to develop a witnessing community of believers. Enlisting a target outreach group to apply innovative evangelistic techniques reinforced by door-to-door pastoral visits in the community, the project brings the 1-5-4 principle of church growth as taught by Gene Mims to the attention of the congregation in 10 sermons emphasizing the importance of evangelism for every ministry of the church. Weekly testimonials from the outreach group involve the whole church in the evangelism ministry.
