Abstrait

The purpose of this project is to increase the volunteer small group leaders' ownership of their ministry. The participants in the project are the existing small group leaders. Ownership increased as group leaders display desired behaviors reflecting affective change. The project resulted in volunteer group leaders taking an active role in recruiting and placing new leaders and executing their core responsibilities over the course of a 13-week semester.
