Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a leadership pipeline strategy for Church at the Oaks in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The first phase of the project was designed to determine the essential competencies for leadership development through researching the field. A second phase identified best practices of leadership pipeline implementation through research of existing models. The project director trained and equipped a strategy planning team to design a leadership pipeline strategy, employing the findings of the first two phases. The project director then concluded the project by presenting the completed strategy to the Executive Team of The Well Network for approval.
