This project proposes that local congregations will fulfill the biblical mission of the church more effectively if they devise and implement strategic action plans to realize the God-given of the church. Such an effort requires a uniquely developed sense of mission, vision, and strategy. The project applies and documents the effects of strategic planning for mission the three congregations over several years.
