  • The purpose of this thesis is to help undergraduate business and human resource managerial students develop and articulate in their own words a biblical-Christian model of work and redemptive leadership. Undergraduate students who are majoring in business and human resources may not be sufficiently challenged by a biblical-Christian perspective with respect to the definition of work and the resulting redemptive-leadership perspective that could be applied in the workplace. This thesis-project addresses realistic workplace issues from both biblical and theological perspectives, illustrates workable solutions based on the thesis-research findings, and evaluates these processes in the classroom.
