Abstracto

The presupposition for the project described in this thesis is that God's holy people require holy leaders, leaders who have been formed not only academically, but spiritually. The thesis describes a biblical and theological basis for this presupposition. It then presents a program undertaken to help seminarians focus on their spiritual formation for ministry, and presents an evaluation of that program based on feedback from the participants. Finally, a modest proposal is offered for further development of such a program should one be implemented by a jurisdiction for their seminarians.
