This project thesis examines the change and growth experienced by the congregation and leadership of the Clifton Presbyterian Church (CPC) as they developed and implemented a facilities expansion project to expand their ministry. The author used an ethnographic study, research into spirituality, Biblical leadership and hospitality, the Reformed tradition, and lessons from study groups convened to foster spiritual growth for CPC leaders. The author developed two additional tools--a Rule of Life spiritual guide and a year-round stewardship program. The leadership, experienced inward growth and spiritual maturing that equipped them to guide the congregation through the future steps of transition, change, and outreach.
