Abstract
  • This dissertation-project was undertaken by the author after years of traditional church ministry followed by disillusionment with non-practical seminary training. Para-clergy studies fulfills a desire for trained and qualified help in the work of the pastorate. The design of studies is developed out of mere logical and chronological order of ministerial training priorities. The development of the man before his ministry is imperative. The curriculum is simply constructed from classic and current materials. The assignments and accountability are of a non-complex nature. The results are the natural outcome of pedagogical and discipleship principles, that is, men and women working to fulfull the Great Commission.
