- The purpose of this project was to develop a disciple-making strategy for Generation Z youth at New Zion Baptist Church (NZBC), Covington, Louisiana. I, the project director, selected a Generation Z youth ministry disciple-making team of six members. Next, I researched Generation Z’s religious views, social practices, and mental health. Then I researched disciple-making strategies, methods, and practices and evaluated which were best to make Generation Z youth disciples. I then presented the research findings to the youth ministry disciple-making team. Next, the youth ministry disciple-making team and I developed and conducted assessments of the NZBC youth ministry. Then I complied the findings to develop a Generation Z youth disciple-making strategy for NZBC youth ministry. The youth disciple-making team and I submitted the strategy to the youth council for approval.
