- This project deals with the incarnational model of Christian religious education which will help Japanese Christians employ non-Christian traditions in their rituals, particularly Japanese and American traditions. This work encourages them to participate in non-Christian rituals for the purposes of integration of their identity, identification of the grace of God in various cultural heritages, and to express the messages of God in different cultural forms. Based on a theology of religions and culture, the project concludes that all religions and cultures can be instruments through which God brings messages and by which persons respond to God.
