- The objective was to engage adult educators in reflection about pertinent literature about race and racism, like Symbolic Blackness and Ethnic Differences in Early Christian Literature by Gay L. Byron and The Black Messiah by Albert B. Cleage. Five modules, of a theological-social nature, can improve the intercultural awareness of the participants. This was validated by the multicultural awareness quiz, which was employed as the pre-test. A post-questionnaire was the method of gathering and evaluating feedback. Measurement was accomplished by collecting and reviewing the data from the questionnaires. Results were incorporated into the dissertation. Results validate that learning occurred.
