  • Men with a history of incarceration go back into troubled communities with the basic skills to lead and teach the Bible and develop Christian Cell Life Groups. Two such men were provided with training and opportunity to lead and teach Cell Life Groups. Two Cell Groups were formed in high crime areas and those two groups met for six consecutive weeks with members of the community. The impact of the Cell Groups was positive and the two trained men gained skills and experience to continue developing new Cell Groups.
