The team-preaching model is being increasingly implemented as one possible solution for helping megachurch pastors manage the ever-growing pressures of leadership. This project begins with a summary of the challenges faced by megachurch pastors. A chapter of biblical and historical considerations provides background material on the value of team ministry. Case studies reveal lessons learned through interviews, surveys, and onsite visits at churches that have incorporated a team-preaching model. Finally, a team-preaching model is suggested for churches, helping church leaders think through necessary issues in order to effectivel incorporate the model in their own setting.
