Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop and present a workshop that identified specific habits and areas of concern that would help interim staff discover their role during the interim time and promote the necessary environment for them to experience success during the interim time. The project was an equipping model that trained interim staff with skills and qualities that would enable them to experience success during the interim time. The workshop consisted of a workbook outlining specified skills and practices for effective and productive ministry. Because the project was an equipping model, the project consisted of four personal goals. First, current relevant materials needed to be gathered. Second, the materials needed to be organized into an appropriate teachable way to achieve the desired results. Third, the project director underwent an effective process of enlistment and scheduling. Fourth, an adequate evaluation of the workshop needed to be accomplished.
