This project designs, conducts, and evaluates a program to assimilate new adult members into First Baptist Church (Mitchell, Ind). Based on biblical and theological study, as well as research in sociological and psychological literature, the project organizes a class for new members, encouraging participants to join in small groups and discover spiritual gifts.
