  • The primary focus of this project is the mentoring of individuals who will lead seeker small groups. A seeker small group is a grouping of eight to twelve individuals who are searching for answers to spiritual questions. The project is based on four biblical presuppositions. The intent of the project is to assist the church in her evangelistic responsibility. The project will encompass a mentoring process with two distinct phases: an intensive training and a supervision process. This on-the-job training will provide beneficial reinforcement and feedback and enhance the group experience. There will be no more than eight leaders and with an average of ten participants in each group.
