Abstrato

This dissertation-project uses descriptive research and investigates six factors that have contributed to perseverance in ministry among early graduates of the Alliance Biblical Seminary (ABS) in three different institutions of Peru. Six research questions were designed from the study of the precedent literature in the field. It is the author's hope that the study of the factors will benefit the ABS-Peru, and similar institutions, by encouraging them to reflect on the preparation of their pastors and leaders, to make necessary changes in their programs, and to offer new paradigms in educational and life training so that their alumni will (in greater likelihood) finish well in ministry.
