This paper aims at suggesting the senior school as an integrative elderly ministry model in Korean churches, as the country is turning into an aged society at a fast pace. The result of the senior school implemented at the Dae Won church shows that the program can provide for the elderly a holistic service and spiritual dimension which leads to promoting the quality of life among the elderly persons.
