Abstrait

For this project, two advanced practica were conducted at Andover Newton Theological School. The purpose of the project was to explore the practicum to determine its significance for the spiritual formation of seminarians, and to learn something about developing leadership for such a practicum. The plan was to design a practicum in such a way as to allow the participants to discover God in their lives; to be in touch with and express their own spirituality. The project demonstrated that spirituality is essential to the professional education of ministers, and proposed a six-step plan for spirituality to become a priority at the school.
