This project proposes a new model of mutual ministry in a local congregation, engaging clergy and laypersons in inreach and outreach missions, without a bureaucracy of boards and committees and within an ecclesiastical organization of autonomy and freedom. The model seeks to maintain a balance of openness to the spontaneous movements of the Holy Spirit with adherence to the truths of proven biblical traditions and values. The model is founded on a theology of mutual ministry.
