- The author uses the theological methodology of Evelyn Eaton and James D Whitehead in an internship support group to address three issues from an intern's learning covenant. Eight group meetings held during a four-month internship produced action-strategies in the intern's ministry which were favorably assessed by the group, intern, and author.
