Abstracto

This project proposes 'extended families of faith' in local congregations to counteract a general loss in American society of intergenerational transactions that are essential to faith and personal development. With reference to a doctrine of the Trinity formulated by Catherine Mowry LaCugna and intergenerational learning theory, the project presents a weekend retreat for families that strengthens family relationships and the nurture of faith.
