The project questions whether or not the church order of the Christian Reformed Church in North America assists the individual churches to include people or to exclude people. Presently, the church order reflects the past Dutch heritage more than how it can be used to do effective ministry, an historical perspective and a survey that gives the perspective of the current clergy in the CRC are the materials that are analyzed. The last chapter makes some concluding observations and some recommendations so that the Church can become more inclusive.
