Abstracto

This project is to discern the vocation of a United Methodist congregation in the midst of pastoral change as it is shaped and informed by both scripture and the denominational tradition. Methodology includes workshop setting, utilizing pre and post surveys, priorities exercises, and dialogue. Five focus groups were administered the priorities exercises to compare with workshop results. A new sense of vocation by the congregation emerged that is not based solely on pastoral leadership.
