  • The purpose of this project is to provide a training intervention for leaders of Hardwick Baptist Church (Hardwick, Ga) that will challenge them to identify and/or adopt meaningful roles in their respective places of authoritative service within the life of the church. Background and introductory information is in chapter 1. Literary research is provided in chapter 2. Preparation for training is in chapter 3. The intervention is presented in chapter 4. Results of the study are in chapter 5. The project concludes that persons can be challenged to adopt meaningful roles. They also can change attitudes about leadership in meaningful ways.
