- Abstract
- The program described in this document was based on the thesis that laity can become involved with their church's geographic community within the inner city to impact the social, economic, and political system. The method used to achieve this involvement was small group scripture study, sharing, personal goal-setting, exposure to relational evangelism, and worship planning. While this process did not solve all problems it was possible to turn a passive church into an active one and passive lives into witnesses for Christ.
