  • Many of my church members, in particular the young adult females, often feel overwhelmed by the demands of their work, families, and schedules. Time for rest, renewal, and play are often crowded out by their day to day activites. Time pressures and the stress they create are real, and it is my contention that if church members can be taught to embrace and experience time differently, as it relates to keeping Sabbath, they will in turn experience a freedom from the unrelenting demands of our culture.
