Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a resource for the spiritual formation of Christian business professionals in secular employment to help them experience God in the workplace. Eleven Christian business professionals read and evaluated the resource using an assessment instrument that included both quantitative and qualitative elements. Results of the assessment indicate evaluators considered the resource to be highly effective and relevant to Christian business professionals' concerns. Prominent findings included its value in guiding them toward greater responsiveness to God's presence, deepening their grasp of their personal identity in Christ, and articulating a biblically sound theology of work.
