The author, who started and pastors a new Asian American church, produces this manual that will be used by the leadership of this church to establish, implement and maintain church membership. It begins with an examination of the biblical basis and requirements for membership. A complete process is then given in detail including a helpful flowchart, forms, instructions and a six-session membership class material. A maintenance procedure is established to handle the common problem of a membership roster that does not reflect the actual, active membership. Instructions, a flowchart and guidelines are given.
