Abstrato
  • This is written for pastors and lay leaders in local congregations. It is designed to help the reader think relationally and systematically about how people function as they confront the crises, opportunities, and changes that characterize congregational ministry, while focusing on the need for the church to become a righteous community. This work pays special attention to the development of team relationships. The hypothesis is that congregations often work out of emotions rather than logic, out of assumptions rather than bylaws, and that ministry with the local church must pay attention to the systems at work within the congregation.
