  • This project is designed to provide a program of continuing education among Original Free Will Baptist pastoral leaders based on a small group learning community model. Models similar to those used in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) and some Doctor of Ministry programs influence this approach. This program utilizes learning contracts, textbooks, presentations, and interpersonal relationship within a Bowen's Family Systems Theory framework. Results from this program proved this approach also met social and emotional needs of pastoral leaders by also serving as a support group.
