Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to equip the ruling elders of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Windsor, Ontario to serve Christ in the church in ways for which they are spiritually gifted and in ways suited to their personality types (using a mechanism based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator [trademark symbol]). The workshop tested for and taught about spiritual gifts and personality type. It proved to be beneficial for participants seeking to know how best to serve Christ in the context of the local church. The church's governing board voted to use this project as a training process.
