Abstract
  • This project looked at supervision as a learning process in theological education which was explored through the use of three instruments: the 'learning covenant', the 'log sheet' and the 'evaluation form'. The students in the and B.Th. programs at the Queen's Theological College and their supervisors were involved in using these instruments. The members of the ministry base group (three students, a supervisor and a lay person) helped formulate an on-going evaluation of how the instruments contributed to the use of experience as a source of learning.
