Abstrait

The research was designed to test the hypothesis: Will a three month process using an integration of methodology from Nanus, Barna, and Malphurs for developing vision produce a clear and unified vision of ministry among the leadership of HPC as determined by a pretest and post-test survey. For the hypothesis to be confirmed there needed to be a demonstrable increase in both unity and clarity of vision among Vision Group members. It was determined that the hypothesis was affirmed from the results of the survey and Focus Group interviews.
