Abstract
  • The author utilized evaluative instruments to facilitate the development of leaders in a local church. The instruments used were the Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Spiritual Gifts Inventory, Biblical Personal Profile, and the Spiritual Leadership Qualities Inventory. Individualized plans for growth were developed based upon findings of the instruments. The author found great benefit to be found in the communication that took place from the use of the instruments. This relational method of developing leaders was found by the author to be invaluable for individual development and team-building.
