Abstracto

The purpose of this research project was to determine the effectiveness of the leadership course, Discipleship for Leadership, developed by Dr. Bruce Ewing of Fellowship Bible Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This author led nineteen members of his congregation through the course. Each participant was given a likert scale measuring instrument before and after the course as well as an exit survey for comments and observations. The hypothesis of this research project was that Discipleship for Leadership will prove to be a valuable tool in developing future leaders for Redeemer Bible Church. The measuring instruments validated this hypothesis.
