- This project consisted of thirty-five participants. Five groups met for one-and-one-half hours, once per week for ten weeks. Four of these used a curriculum consisting of personal faith-sharing, instructional materials, hands-on activities, and prayer. A placebo group studied the Bible. A control sample consisted of another thirty congregational members. A questionnaire was the basis of evaulation. Results indicated that faith-sharing produced the most movement. New groups exhibited a higher degree of movement than existin groups. Statistically, instructional materials in their current form did not promote movement.
