Abstracto

In the past few years Christian Fellowship Church established a growing number of small groups, which significantly enhance the ministry of our church. many of these groups are led by lay leaders. This project describes how these leaders were equipped for this ministry through leadership retreats and monthly leadership meetings. Through these efforts the leaders have grown in ministry vision and effectiveness.
