Abstracto

This project proposes a strategy for equipping Christians to be active and effective in volunteer ministry. On the basis of scripture, it is demonstrated that God has both created people for ministry as well as shapes them through spiritual gifts, heart burdens, abilities, personality, and experiences. A seminar is outlined which helps Christians identify their God-given design. The results revealed that seminar attendees have a better understanding of the church's mission and were more than twice as active in ministry compared to those who had not attended the seminar.
