Abstrait

Through the use of a small group, the project impacted the spiritual growth of a select group of leaders from Second Baptist Church of Columbus, Ohio. Leaders who participated in a thirteen-week small group used the Renovation of the heart curriculum by Dallas Willard. The participants completed pre and post-assessment surveys to ascertain whether the small group impacted the leaders and whether the goals of the project were met. As a result, leaders developed personal visions for spiritual formation, and indicated a desire to participate in future opportunities for individual and church-wide spiritual growth through small groups.
