- This project proposes a church management process methodology illustrating laity-clergy dialogue about mutual expectations and based on identifying barriers preventing achievement. Based on biblical study and research in Pastor-Parish Relations Committee training materials, along with surveys of seven church-related constituencies, the project develops curricula and conducts six workshops--three for laity, three for clergy.
