Abstracto

The mission and ministry of the local church is enhanced through trained teachers and leaders. Teachers who provide opportunities for the sharing of faith and for hearing the faith statements of others will be central in the witnessing church. This project explored these presuppositions by organizing a group of persons in the church who were trained to design and implement a workshop to teach others to enhance their leadership capabilities and by forming a new intergenerational church school class to test the styles and strategies of the workshop. The project was conducted at Pleasant Ridge United Methodist Church, Butler County, Ohio.
