Abstrait

The thrust of this project was to increase the awareness of God and worship of him through a study of the subject of praising him. The research was done through the examination of books which have been written on the subject. An exegetical study of certain selected biblical passages dealing with the matter of the praise of God was also included in the research. The amount of knowledge concerning the subject was determined by the use of a pre-test and post-test designed by the author. A series of eleven sermons were preached in order to increase the knowledge of the church members. It was concluded that the vehicle of the sermons was an effective means to increase the knowledge among church members concerning the praise of God.r.
