The worship of God is a divine privilege for every Christian, and it is one of the chief functions of the church. Because this is true, the planning of corporate worship must be a priority. The laity should be included in worship planning. The author equipped eight members of a local church to plan and evaluate worship services during a nine-week training process. The worship team has made a positive impact in the life of the church. As the laity discover the joy of private worship, it will enhance their corporate worship experience.
