This manual delineates a practical process for bringing about change in the church while at the same time maintaining unity. It will help leaders to: 1) determine needs in the church, 2) decide changes necessary to meet needs, and 3) detail methods for implementing change. Sample forms are included for each step in the process. The emphasis of the project is on keeping peace in the congregation while building a strengthened church. Any church leader can bring about positive change by simply following the suggested steps. Biblical explorations, current research with amplification and practical worksheets in this manual combine to provide practical tools for advancing the work of Christ in His local congregation.
