Abstrait

The objective in the project was to help laity in a local church define their mission, given their situation, and to equip them for leadership. The method was to engage a group of laity to determine the needs of the church, to understand God's expectation of them, to gain a sense of responsibility in ministry, and to equip them to supervise the ministries of the church. Laity form a vital link in enabling the ministries of the church to take place. The more responsibility the laity can assume, the more effective the church can be in its ministry.
